9.30am. Be picked up from your accommodation anywhere in Melbourne city (or inner suburbs) and be chauffeur driven to Morrabbin Airport.
10am Spectacular 25 minute helicopter flight that touches down at Levantine Hll. You will be greeted with sparkling wine, shown the grounds and then be transferred by car to Seville Estate.
11 First tasting at Seville Estate. Seville has just been voted “2019 winery of the year” by Halliday Wine Companion and the Flying Corkscrew are proud to include it in this itinerary. Head winemaker Dylan McMahon is the grandson of Peter McMahon who planted the first vines back in 1972.
12.15 Second tasting at Pimpernel Estate. Pimpernel makes very small quantities of highly awarded wine (you can’t buy this wine in any bottle shops) If it’s picking, pruning, or producing, every element of the wine making process is done by hand.
1.15 – 3.15 5 course degustation with matching wine at Levantine Hill.
3.30 – 4 Flown home by helicopter.
