Hi, I’m Tony, the owner of The Flying Corkscrew.

After serving a 39-year apprenticeship in the hospitality industry, managing venues in NSW, the ACT, the NT and WA, with a stint managing a golf resort in Fiji, owning and managing a bespoke, niche wine tour business in the gorgeous Margaret River region is my version of living the dream.

They say, “you’ll never work a day if you love what you do”. Well, I’m here to tell you that no truer words have been spoken!
