Customer Cancellation

15 days or more before tour date – Full refund

5-14 days before tour date – 50% refund

1-5 days before tour date – No refund

If the cancellation is made by the Flying Corkscrew, customer may select the preferred option of a full refund or a voucher to the value of the tour valid for 24 months.
