Cancellation Policy

Customer initiated cancellations 

15 days or more before tour date – Full refund

5-14 days before tour date – 50% refund

1-5 days before tour date – No refund

If the cancellation is made by the Flying Corkscrew (normally only due to helicopter flights being abandoned for safety reasons due to inclement weather), customer may select the preferred option of a full refund or a voucher to the value of the tour valid for 24 months.
